Pain Treatment Centers of Illinois

I've never had a doctor I felt more comfortable with! He listens, spends ample time with his patients, remembers personal things that most doctors don't. Nursing staff has always been pleasant and very helpful! Even though my insurance is no longer accepted, I pay cash just so I can keep my doctor. Don't know what I'd do if I lost him as my provider!

If I could give a negative 100 I would. They told my husband he has something wrong. They weren't happy with top Chicago surgeon office notes stating no injections. Told him to file a workman's comp claim and come back and they would treat him. Until then they cannot even help him with medication management. And somehow they charged the insurance co $6k in laboratory fees for pee. ARE YOU KIDDING ME> they did nothing.

I would never go to Dr. Roland ever again. Poor communication and he apparently does not like people anymore. I waited over 3 hrs for my first appointment and Dr. Roland took a whole 20 minutes with me making me feel like he could have cared less. There are many other good Dr I would recommend checking reviews before wasting your time here.

Took my mom to get 2 cortisone shots in her back. It took about 3 hours.The women who work behind the desk and the nurses were extremely rude and the 90 year old doctor and everyone there seemed unorganised and clueless. Will take my mother somewhere else next time.

I recently went to the pain centers of Illinois in the new silver cross hospital and had to two hours after my appt to see the doctor because his lunch was more important the keeping on track of his patients. I then had to visit the orland park building and had to wait 45 minutes after scheduled appt to find out they changed my appt and never notified me. They have horrible organization and the ladies at the front desk were not very polite. This was a very bad first impression on them. Don't plan on going back

Pain Treatment Centers of Illinois is the BEST chronic pain treatment center in the Chicago area. The staff and physicians are caring and compassionate! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone suffering with chronic pain!!!
