Hired this Company to install a coach light, an outlet, and a outside pole light. They were scheduled to come out on a Monday. I arranged my schedule to make sure I was home with work. The day came and nobody showed up. I contacted the owner and he said he completely forgot? Scheduled them for another day. They came out and had a bit of an issue with the price they wanted to charge. After going back and forth between the owner and employees we FINALY had an agreed price for the work. They began the work and had a lot of issues trying to install the outside light pole. After 4 hours of digging and pouring cement they said they finished. I handed them there money and they left. Within 1 hour of them leaving the light post was falling over almost all the way to the ground. I contacted the owner and was told they should have never taken the job and that he was upset he had to finish it again. He asked me if he would be able to come back out and do it later in the week. I reluctantly said ok. In my mind I knew I probably screwed up by being nice on the phone and paying him. After that conversation I had to call him over and over to trying to get them out here. After 1 week of begging them to come out and fix this pole that cost me so much to purchase and was leaning. I called him the week he was to come back out and he told that his truck and worker were missing and all sorts of crazy excuses. I FINALY started getting firm with him and pretty much said I want my money back he refunded part of the total via Paypal that I paid him. This was one of the worst dealings I have had with a contractor in my life. Between the lies and the damages caused and not repaired my head is spinning. I’m still with a pole that’s not done and still bent in my yard. Shame on you guys.
