Craig's Cuts

Do NOT come here. I came in for my appointment at 6 to get my hair dyed black with a tint of purple. I worked with Mindy, who was supposed to be one of the most experienced stylists. She ratted random parts of my hair into knots, bleached them and burned my scalp in the process. Once I told her I had an intense burning on my scalp she quickly argued that she didn't burn me and spoke to me with a snooty attitude. Then she began to put in the hints of purple (by now it had been 2 hours and we weren't even half way) that is until she ran out of dye, left me in her chair for about 30 minutes, so she could go to the store to buy more, she came back empty handed, because they had closed. She continued to act unsure in how to do her job, but luckily there was another stylist there to jump in and I told her to take over. Mindy made it obvious that she wasn't pleased to have me not want her working on my hair anymore. When the other stylist began to dye it all completely black (to mask her coworkers mistakes) Mindy grabbed the other half of my hair (without gloves) and began throwing on the black dye carelessly, so carelessly that she got it on my lips, in my ear, a little in my left eye, and all over the side of my face. Once she was done with that side her coworker kindly told her that she'd finish it off. Throughout the rest of the appointment Mindy was in and out of the salon and ate at one of the stations. (really, in front of customers? Her lack of professionalism baffled me) the manager was kind enough to only charge me 1/5 of the price, because of the circumstances, but after a long 4 hour appointment I finally left unsatisfied and disappointed with my hair. I will never come back and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family to never come to this salon, so long as they have a hairstylist who doesn't know what she's doing and doesn't understand professionalism.
