Cafe Rio

I would give zero stars it this would let me. I love Cafe Rio, but I will never, ever go back to this store. I waited in vain at pick up for over an hour for my order to be processed, but it never was. It was only after I had asked several times, getting blown off by multiple employees, that they finally decided to get around to fulfilling my order. And, that, only after filling several more other orders after my initial complaint. I understand that on a Saturday night they are busy. But, if they've checked in a pick-up order, they should make sure it gets fulfilled without the customer having to ask about it multiple times.
