Tow company (21st Century) are absolute f****** vultures. Have had my car towed 3 times, and my girlfriends twice...no spots hardly ever. only one tag and space per apt? wtf?!

The complex also has a very "white-trash" feel. doesn't make you feel real proud to live here. Moved here as a last resort and signed for a year, lets say we will not be resigning our lease.

The ses are the worst apartments ever they have awful management and even the new management is awful her name is Louise and she lives in the apartments as well she is having all of the stuff in her apartment fixed and put in brand new and she isn't fixing anybody else's apartmentshe is the biggest slumlord ever the places have mold everywhere cockroaches and they don't care she doesn't even answer her phone this place is awful don't live here people

There's mold everywhere, the oven doesn't work, the management refuses to give receipts for paid rent so she can keep it for herself. Nothing gets fixed. Being without a stove when you have a small child is absolutely ridiculous. The managers are nasty and rude and the apartments are falling apart. Have called the state housing authority and an attorney, hoping they get what they deserve. Absolutely the most disgusting place to live.

we've been living here for almost three years, and we never been late for the rent once. recently, this apartment got a new manager who changed the rule of parking. She swiched the parking permit and only be able to give one permit per apartment, witch is such a stupid idea! There are three of us in the apartment and we have three cars! there are plenty spots. But she made us to park the other two cars in the visiter spot. There are only six v spots up the hill and the others are down the hill which is really far away from where we live. ppl who live up the hill has to park down the hill and there a lots of empty spots up the hill for nothing. I have no idea what is the manager thinking. She just made everything difficult for everybody. And also of course, she got her own spot right in front of where she lives. She doesnt care anybody else. I dont think this kind of person could do a good manager job. really made me mad.

I have lived at forest edge apartments for well over a year now and I love my apartment I was fully aware of the land slide situation when I moved in and i choose to stay! My mother is the head of permits and planning at city of oregon city and are very happy with the managers ability to work very well with them as a team. mom says were safe for now. All and all my apartment is a great place to live and never have I seen a bug other then a flee. So I recommend if your bug infested you should keep your areas clean.
