Barclay Village Apartments

Overall great community and the office girls are very nice and sufficient and the upkeep of the building is very neat, clean, and established. I enjoy living at this building complex and my living has been very comfortable and peacefully. Girls are beautiful.

RIP OFF!! Safe your time and money and avoid this area. For one cops and medics were there every night dealing with residents on a regular basis. Kids are up partying all night ling every weeked making it hard to relax. The maintenance sucks and can never fix a thing. Took almost 6 months for them to fix my door light. But the one thing that set me over the top is the highway robbery. When my year was up i decided enough was enough so i gave them my 30 days and packed up my stuff. On my last day there me and my family spent the ENTIRE day cleaning that place till.it was spotless to make sure we would get our entire deposit back. Only to find out i woupd be getting 60 of 300 back because of required cleaning.costs they had to do. Never told.about this. Not even once. So then why did i soend an entire day scrubbing and shampooing carpets? Rip of and classic highway robery so safe your time and money and stay away.

We have lived here since March 2014 and I have to say we absolutely LOVE it here!!! Spacious apartments, large beautiful wooded area behind the complex, pretty quiet for an aparment building, nice pool, hot tub, and a perfect sized fairly private fitness center. I've lost 30 pounds using only the fitness center, saving us a lot of money on gym memberships and the gas to drive there. I think my favorite part of my community are the staff, they are so sweet, helpful, punctual, and all around pleasant to deal with. You are always greeted with warm smiles upon entering the office. Our apartment came with a fireplace, which is a blessing during the wintertime to save on heating costs. We plan to be here until we are ready to move into our first home, which will be a few years. We sincerely love being able to call Barclay home.

Love my apartment & the location. Definitely recommend.
