Southtowns Vape

In the MAD search to quit smoking, looked for a retail shop that was not too far, yet available "NOW" because that's what I demand......" lol Jokingly stated. I just happened upon Southtowns Vape shop... I figure that they would not have what I reviewed on line and basically was a quick choice and was expecting to be disappointed.... Tucked away just off Rt.20, Orchard Park, "New Era Field" was where I found This little place. I really assumed it would actually fail my initial "No Fu--ing way test", that I almost turned around before walking into the store. Opening the door to the Vape shop, I thought it was presentable, pretty much stocked, and more than presentable.... What the hell do I know! As caller #1 stated that the smell was awful and employee (s) were unclean, He may want to check himself!!!! :-) Not only rude, but Disrespectful...
Overall Review: I found this little, hard to find retail store to be:
- Welcoming
- Polite
-Attentive.
- Asked my plan to Q; smoking, then ran a few scenarios across to help me to try and accomplish my goals.
- Since I do not know ANYTHING about Vape, Employee was more than helpful and guided me through my ignorance.
- For ME, TOTALLY SATISFIED... Highly recommend this store location and Name!!! I do not do that unless the quality is TOP NOTCH!!!

This place absolutely sucks. i went in to buy a vape and it was literally $40 more than any other store. Workers are gross and unfriendly and quite frankly need to shower every once in a while. Absolutely never going there again. Terrible business. Sad!

Awesome store. They have the best tasting e-liquid in the area. Great staff. High quality products, great prices. My 1st choice in a Vape shops in the Southtowns. Won't go anywhere else. Love them.

Southtowns vape is a wonderful place. Not only do the employees and owner know their stuff , they are all friendly. Each time I have been in the store I feel welcome and as if I matter. I am not just a number. They take the time to fully educate you on what you are buying and make sure you arw comfortable with your product before you leave the store. They also reassure you that if you have any questions later to feel free to call or stop back in. I recommend this store to all of my friends that are looking to stop smoking. Oh and an added comment their eliquid is great. I am a big fan of the amazing apple. Thank you southtowns vape for going above and beyond for your customers.

Excellent customer service and the owner is always there! They will walk you through everything you need to know to get started. All of their products are interchangeable and there's a great variety to choose from (and growing every time I go there). And the best part, I've tried several local vape places and SV by far, has the BEST tasting e-liquid around! The taste is consistent and flavorful! Their prices are competitive and cheaper than the chain I went to...I couldn't be more pleased and am truly a committed customer!
