Rolly Pollies

My kids have had 5 birthday parties at Rolly Pollies and have had open play classes.

I have grown frustrated with this companies ever changing policies.

I purchased themed balloons for my child's party since they provided balloons for several

parties before. I was told helium is now environmentally

unfriendly so they have no helium. That is fine... However for the next party, I purchased decorations, blow up fish, to hang from the ceiling with no damaging hangers. The staff member told me this is what they use for drop ceilings and it woukd be fine. The day if the party we were told they couldn't hang the decorations since the ceilings were too high.

I was given a half off pass for a class and told I could also use it for summer day camp.. Then when I tried to use I was told it was only for the regular classes. So I called for classes but of course they

don't have a class for one of my kids..

Done with this place.. My advice is deal with the owner unless you like to be told one thing only to be told the opposite later...
