Very Pleased!!!

This store made all of my wedding flowers and I loved them - the flowers were exactly what I wanted and were delived on time to the church. When I ordered the flowers the bridal consultant was very patient and helped make the process go very smooth. Thank you Heaven Sent for making my special day perfect!

This is a great flower and gift shop everytime I go into this shop they are always willing to help and always have just what I need. The shop is beautiful on the inside and they are very reasonably priced and give you a lot for your money. I would recommend this shop to a friend!!

I totally forgot my anniversary and called Heaven Sent after calling other florist in town to find they were all closed. Thankfully the owner answered the phone even though they were closed and was willing to make my wife an arrangment of roses and she personally delivered them. Heaven Sent probably save me from getting a divorce.

My aunt passed away and as I live out of state, I used Heaven Sent's link to purchase flowers from Dorman's Funeral Home's Shop's page http://www.dormanfuneralhome.com/index.cfm

The brought me to Heaven Sent's site and I purchased the Basket of Light arrangement TF194-3 for $49.95 plus tax $59.48 on my credit card. I received a confirmation number via email with an authorization code.



This morning I received an email from Heaven Sent - "The website you ordered from is suppose to be blocked from placing orders. I am sorry but I cannot do that arrangement for the price it would have to be $75 with a $5 delivery and tax. If you like the style I can do that with carnations. Please let me know if you would like to sub some of the flowers. Thank you Kym 409-883-3304"



I called to asked why are the links still active and why I'm being asked to pay more for a lesser product. Kym repeated "the site is supposed to be blocked" as her only defense. Because the visitation is today, I opted to pay the extra to have something for my aunt at the funeral home. Later that day, I saw where they had called the contact number but didn't leave a message. Anytime I spoke with Kym, she acted as though it was my fault I had the wrong information and that it was an inconvenience to her.



It is completely irresponsible of Heaven Sent to not demand that the links be taken down immediately. Because of their poor efforts to do so, I feel that they are the ones misleading customers with prices and product they can't meet. Anyone using the links from Dorman's Funeral Home are obviously dealing with a loved one who has passed and shouldn't be taken advantage of during this time. If Heaven Sent's intentions are not to take advantage of someone's grief, their recent actions and failure to disengage the weblink shows otherwise.
