If you are a property owner DO NOT use River Oak Realty.
1) They renew leases without notifiying the owner.
2) They say tenants will vacate and then they don't and are not held accountable.This has happened to me 3 times.
3) They hold your rental money until they see if tenants vacate early.
4) The President of the company ignores requests to speak to him.
5) They even verbally insult you because you want to know when your tenants will vacate after waiting for 7 months for the tenants to leave.

I had to give these people one star as it would not move forward lol..PEOPLE PLS DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE TRASH..THEIR OFFICE IS TRASH IF YOU GO THERE..WE RENTED A HOME FOR 18MONTHS..THEY JUST TOOK ALL OUR DEP 1495 AND OUR PET DEP.OF 400..WE SODDED THE FRONT YARD WE LEFT THE HOUSE IN BETTER CONDITION THAN WHEN WE MOVED IN..NOTHING WAS PAINTED THE FENCE WAS BROKEN..THE OLD PROP MGR NOTED WE HAD A FIREPLACE..WHERE?.THATS BECAUSE THEY DONT DO WALK THROUGHS. WE HAD A AIR COND LEAK..NEVER ATTENDED TO.BROKEN MICROWAVE.BROKEN DISHWASHER FOR MONTHS..ROIF LEAK IN GARAGE OVER 13 MONTHS I REPORTED IT ..TOTALLY IGNORED..THEY DID 2 INSPECTIONS IN 2 WKS TOLD US HOUSE LOOKED GREAT..THEN TRIED TO HARRASS US AGAIN..THEY FORCED US OUT WHERE I AM ABOUT TO HAVE KNEE SURGERY ..MY BLOOD PRESSURE WAS ALMOST STROKE LEVEL.
WORST OF ALL THEY LIED.
I AM NOW TAKING THEM TO COURT..THEY LIED ALL OF THE WAY THROUGH THE MAINTENANCE REPORT THAT THESE JOBS WERE CLOSED AND WERE NOT..THEY CHARGED 500 TO SOD THE BACKYARD ..IT WAS FEB?????
THESE PEOPLE ARE LOW DOWN SHISTERS..I WISH SOMEONE HAD WARNED ME THAT IS WHY I AM WRITING THIS TO WARN YOU..NEVER EVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. I HOPE THIS HELPS ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING RENTING OR BUYING FROM THEM.
ILL BE SEEING THEM IN COURT :)

We trusted these people to rent out our home and take care of it while we were deployed overseas. They failed to take care of it. They failed to communicate with us about it and in the end we had thousands in damages due to horrific tenants and thousands lost in lost rent. Don't ever leave your home in their hands.

HORRIBLE rental management!! I seriously wonder if they ever talk to the owners of thier properties!! Lived in our house almost a year and haven't had even one maintenance request addressed, now they are piling up and if we can't get things fixed SOON, we're contacting a lawyer for the unsafe living conditions!!!

I've never in my life experienced such a horrible business. This location does not communicate well, neither do they give any correct information to help you. They told me 20 different things just to get money. They aren't helpful and are extremely rude. If you want to experience a helpful staff, and not have your time wasted then this is not the place to visit!

Hello. So i called today 12/22 because i was apartment hunting yesterday and found the one i wanted. It came time for her to run my credit check and it showed i was evicted from a house they rented out to my mother in middleburg. I waited until today to call and ask for verification if they have a copy of my ID or anything. I was beyond polite and kindly asked if she can verify my name is on the lease and the manager Jennifer was so rude to me i was taken back, she even went as far as hanging up on my face. I feel sorry for anyone who choose to work with these disrespectful intolerable people. So upset because this is fraud and its complicated to get removed when im all the way in california.

If i could give this company 0 stars, I would. This has been the WORST renting experience ever. If you like your privacy, DO NOT RENT FROM RIVER OAK REALTY. They have NO respect for privacy and NO RESPECT FOR THEIR TENANTS. They will come in your house when you are not home without your consent to show the house to new potential renters. they will harass you to no end and blow your phone up asking to show the house. we have been MORE than accommodating with this company, NEVER LATE ON RENT, and they still treat us HORRIBLY. They are stating that we have been late on rent FOUR TIMES, in which we have ALWAYS paid on time, and are charging us a late fee. They are moving tenants in the DAY AFTER OUR LEASE IS UP, and are FORCING themselves inside our house yet again, when we are not home to do a SECOND inspection, (since they randomly will pick a time in the middle of your lease to inspect your house) and are doing yet another one the day we move out. (Within ONE WEEK of each other. THREE INSPECTIONS IN ONE YEAR!!) they are harassing us asking us when we are going to vacate the property BEFORE THE END OF OUR LEASE and we have paid the WHOLE MONTH OF FEBRUARY, and are sending a vendor to also come in our house WHEN WE ARE NOT HOME, WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION, to come fix things before the new tenants that move in the day after our lease is up. They are ONLY CONCERNED about making a few extra bucks without a gap in tenants and are not giving us ANYTHING Off our rent for all the inconvenience they have caused us, and are charging us a late fee when we always paid rent on time. I will NEVER rent from this company again as they are extremely unprofessional and have made our move even more stressful than it already is. IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRIVACY AND DO NOT LIKE GETTING HARASSED AND RIPPED OFF STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

RIVER OAK REALTY Are the most Rude human beings to ever work with they don't manage properties they take money and leave you to the waste side I don't know how many complaints we put in for things to get fixed or updated We moved in to our place our Stove didn't work AC leaks water and we contacted them Repeatedly VIA Phone calls and Emails And We have been here three years I am in the process of Moving and thank goodness!!!! Never Rent Or buy from these worthless Crackpots.
