Adamec Harley-Davidson of Orange Park

I have purchased 2 Harleys from Adamec. Highest praise for the sales staff, parts staff, service staff and mechanics and even the staff in accessories. Always knowledgeable and friendly. The Adamec HD in Orange Park is like a second home to me.

Had my warranty work done there 3 times. All three times they left components undone. Service manager is a joke. You would think after purchasing three bikes from them they would treat you better. Orange Park dealership has serious problems. I finally sold my harley. They ruined a good experience with Harley.

Spent $1,965 to have Adamec work on my 90 Electraglide. Got it back with parts missing & had to argue with them to get them back. Drove it 2 miles home, cut it off in the driveway and tried to restart it. Wouldn't start, so I called them. The service manager got smart with me and said I expected a rebuilt bike for $1,900. No, I expected it to run. He wouldn't even take it back to see what was wrong with it. Said they had done all they were going to do for my $1,900. HORRIBLE SERVICE - A RIP OFF. Oh, yeah, and they scratched my bike, too,

Wouldn't even give me time of day in any department, Facebook seemed more important. Once I finally was able to speak to an employee they seemed that my questions were beneath them.

Best H-D dealership I have ever dealt with. Employees are friendly, polite and knowledgeable.

The sales staff was all about putting me into a bike I did not want. Because they had it in stock. They refused to custom order the Fatboy I wanted. "Take it or leave it." was the phrase the sales manager used. I left it.
