My fiance and I moved here in 2014 back when the complex was owned by Segal & Segal, and all was going fine.

In 2015, the complex purchased by Red Shield Mgt and they are doing an abysmal job of running this place.

The spring, summer, and fall were annoying enough. Garbage built up in the dumpsters to the point of overflowing. It took weeks to replace the lights in the common areas.

This weekend was the winter storm Jonas, which hit Friday evening, and snowed completely through 1/23. Never during that 24-36 hour period did management/maintenance plow the driveway, lay salt on the sidewalks, or attempt to clear the walkways. Sunday around 1pm they started to plow with their pickup truck. A single path was plowed out, with many spots of snow/ice lingering afterward.

It is now Monday evening, 1/25, and the only part of the sidewalks that have been cleared are from the front doors to the driveway, while a large amount of garages are blocked and many cars left with large piles in front.
