        Overall

        Never stayed at this hotel. Horrible customer service. They threw the entire 11 year old baseball travel team out at 9pm because another guest complained about the kids playing in the incredibly small pool. She got splashed a couple of times with a squishy ball the staff provided. This guest started yelling at the kids in a threatening tone. It was ridiculous. Police were called. That was crazy. All could have been avoided if the staff was schooled in hospitality. As a result I will let everyone I know to never stay here or at any other Marriott. What a way to treat customers. Still trying to get a refund for the night we didn't get to stay.
