Cryotherapy
Yes. Retinal tears, if found in time, can be treated with either freezing, cryotherapy, or laser treatment. These often seal off the retinal breaks and prevent retinal detachment.

Dr. Cole then completed his ophthalmology surgical residency at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana. He served as Chief of Ophthalmology at Community Hospitals in Indianapolis and was a volunteer Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Indiana University, where he taught surgery to future ophthalmologists.

Laser Eye Surgery

Dr. Cole has been performing cataract surgeries since 2006. He is experienced with multiple lens implantation techniques, including standard lens, as well as advanced technology toric and multifocal lens implants. In addition to cataract surgery, Dr. Cole is also experienced in glaucoma treatment, diabetes care, dry eye disease, macular degeneration, and other ophthalmologic eyecare.
