As a dealer working with these guys has been great. The collectors are nice and efficient. The management is always helpful. They do everything they are supposed to do. The only people that complain here are the ones that get their car repo'd because they failed to make the payments. You never hear from all of the happy customers who were so excited to get a second chance. Thanks!

I wish there was a rating for zero stars. They have been nothing but a nightmare from the start my loan was switched to them, and they never even contacted us once. We had been overpaying on our loan the whole time. We have never missed a payment once and due to the overwhelmingly disregard for their customers we decided to just pay off our car early. They were beyond rude all of them it took me and my fiance to drive (We live 2 and a half hours away) to their office to tell them their legal obligations to me. They continued to say that they didn't have to show me my loan or account information which legally they can't do but apparently this company has no problems doing things that are illegal. SO I would recommend you stay away from them at all costs.



Thinking my ordeal was over with them since I paid off my loan, I just recently got my credit report and they state that I was late for every single payment that I made which couldn't be true seeing as how I only had them for one month and then paid off my loan. They also state that I owe them 4k. Which clearly I do not since I paid off my loan. I am currently disputing this companies fraudulent reporting. If you are a business looking to switch your loans here don't if you are a person looking for a loan do not do it. After you pay off your car they will make sure it ruins your credit. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! ZERO STARS!!!! They should not be in business anymore.

Rude Customer Service

I have had an auto account with this company for 3 years. I only have 1 year left, and I can't wait. First of all the Mexican woman in account customer service act as if they own the damn company, and that they are GOD and can speak to me any way that they feel. Using street slang, and hanging up on you. Please, they probably don't even have legal papers to be in MY country! I understand being late on my auto payment is my fault, but damn have some consideration for what people are going through, at least I pay it!

Conversation on the phone.

In the interest of my review, I would not want to upset the company because of there inadequacy to speak on the phone with courtesy, and without being very rude and threatening, to put people down and say bad things about them is straight wrong and just not right. Abby and Daisey are the most evil people that I would not ever want to meet. They say thing to intimidate and put you down to make them self's feel powerful and they are very insecure. Please help them take classes on how to talk to people on the phone, so they can no that the company does not belong to just them. Respect is earned not taken.
