Best car wash I've ever used !! Very thorough wash for an automatic car wash. . Great price .
I would buy a yearly membership card if it ever becomes available.

Beware! This car wash can damage your vehicle!



The wash brushes pulled the drivers side mirror forward with enough force to strip the gears inside and destroy the motor. The turbine driven dryer blowers hit the front of my vehicle with enough force to snap the front license plate in two and shatter one of the fog lights. (Infiniti QX56) $1,400 in damages



Accidents happen and you would hope that when they do the responsible party would take ownership and provide a remedy. Sadly, that is not the case with Da Car Wash. We were initially told, by Asst. Manager Steven, that the car wash would cover the expenses and we would hear from either the manager or the owner. We never did... When pressed later, he told us that they would cover half. After we presented them with the bill, the amount dropped to zero. Despite repeated requests, we were never contacted by the owner. We are currently examining our legal options.



This is not a locally owned business and the owner appears to have no desire to do business ethically in Orange Beach. We are not the only ones to have had damages done to our vehicle without being compensated. Check out foursquare and their own Facebook review section for similar stories.



Da Car Wash is owned by Ronald T. Natal Sr. out of Slidell, LA.

The Alabama business license lists Eddie Thompson from Orange Beach as the agent.

Asst. Manager Steven refused to give his last name. He named Brian as the manager, but refused to give his last name as well.
