Louisiana Urgent Care

Very rude/unprofessional! Misdiagnosed my son twice. The first time she said it was just a cold. The next day he woke up burning up. We took him elsewhere and he had STREP! The second time diagnosis was cough. Went somewhere else and he had walking pneumonia. I (an adult) went in with excruciating pain to my right ear. I also had this bloody drainage from that ear. I can't describe how rude this women was. She was so disrespectful and rude! When she looked at my me she said "Oh it's just a little ear infection" and rolled her eyes. She prescribed an antibiotic. Two days later, I saw my regular physician. I had a ruptured ear drum! Two weeks later I'm having to go to an audiologist because I'm still having issues with that ear. Just a little ear infection hun?! . I will never go back there! Please head the warning. Don't waste your time or theirs. They don't like when you "bother" them. On the up side, the nicest person was the receptionist. Thank you
