Absolutely the most unprofessional crooked auto place in the greater -Auburn/Opelika area. Blew a head gasket in my vehicle and chose to let them install a new motor. I have had nothing but problems with the car since. Ive had a bad oil leak which i took to them twice to get fixed,under warrant, all they said was we cleaned the dirty oil off the bottom and tightened a few screws but it might be the rear gasket. If i leave my car for three days and say there is a bad oil leak, I do not want to leave the lot with speculation that there might be a larger problem, i took the car up there to get fixed! Oh and then when i was told on the phone personally on Friday that i could pick my car up on saturday the lot was closed and I had no way of contacting them jose is the owners name,he wouldn't answer . So this messed up my holiday travel plans as i could not get my car until that monday. Seems like a good time to fix that gasket you would think. So I drive off the lot monday and realize something wasn't quite right, i made a trip to see my family and took my car to our usual mechanic, i needed all new spark plugs because of the smoke from the oil saturation from the leak that he supposedly " cleaned off". The mechanic also said that it was the dirtiest oil pan and filter he had ever seen.Kinda of strange when best4less told me they had cleaned all of the oil off...I am still to this day leaking small amounts of oil and he refuses to replace the gasket .Not to mention his aggressive tone on the phone acting as if i had done something wrong.profanity, etc THIS GUY IS A CROOK take your business elsewhere. Please for the sake of your car,wallet, and dignity.

Do not buy from this company. They sell lemons for top dollar. 4100.60 After fees, for a 1997 Intrepid. This car started skipping on the way home. When I got home, I opened up the hood to check it out, The head lights fell out. Yes they fell out ! Then when I touched the plug wire to check the Spark plugs , the wires crumbed. There was oil all over the engine and on spark plugs, which means the rings are shot. All of the wiring was covered in corrosion. The car isn't worth the 500 we paid down, much less 4100.60 after charges. Called the company and they want us to drive this death trap back to them, or call a wrecker. Please, do yourself a favor, stay away from this company.
