There customer service and shipping was horrible!!!!!!!! I don't recommend ordering anything from them. We were promised our order would be here before the intended date and on top of it we express shipped it to insure it would be. We found out it would not be here by that date. We did not recieve any tracking on the items ordered so we cancelled our order. They attached the shipping comfirmation to my cancel order email after the cancellation. At that they did not even send all of my order but only half. There is not a return policy for much of their items. So BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible shipping and customer service!!!!!!!!!! I paid the extra money for priority shipping and it took me almost 3 weeks to receive my order! DO NOT order from if you are expecting a quick shipment!

Horrible! I ordered a few things on 8.11.09 w/ express shipping and on 8.19.09 the money had been taken out of the bank account but the order had not been shipped. I cancelled this order and they did that right away. Waiting to see if the costs are refunded.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ANSWERING MACHINE ALWAYS FULL. NEVER ANSWERS PHONE - EVEN DURING THEIR BUSINESS HOURS. EMAILS ARE AUTOMATED RESPONSES. WITH ALWAYS THE SAME ANSWER YOUR PACKAGE IS ON THE WAY, WHEN IT ISN'T. NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT, BUT THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD. HAD TO GO THROUGHT THE HASSLE OF FILING A CLAIM WITH MY CREDIT CARD. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

We placed a order on there web site. The funds were withdrawn fromm our account, but we never recieved our purchase. When wetried to contact them via phone email and fax we never got a answer and never got a responce.
