Ok...I just had the most amazing pumpkin and spice ("The Great Pumpkin") mini cupcakes ever!! The holidays are coming and what a perfect addition to a holiday party or function. The cupcake itself was moist with the perfect balance of sugar and spice then topped off with an amazing cream cheese frosting that isn't too sweet. Someone in our office commented that he usually hates cupcakes with frosting but absolutely loved these!!
