Total Fitness

I am very happy with the personalized service i have recieved in the past several months. I read a review that said these people have no training or whatever. I learned more about eating right my first week at Total Fitness then I have in years of reading stuff on the internet about Healthy eating. They make it simple. I am no expert but since I began my training sessions, I look younger and feel better. It is very clean in the whole facility and they have a tanning bed. :) So far I have no complaints and I intend to train here for as long as it takes to reach my goals. I hope this helps! I wish I read some of these reviews before I spent all that money. I thought they were going to teach me some big secret to staying in shape...... Nope, just basic dietary information that I already new. I agree with the other review, their hours of operation are ridiculous. They are closed more than they are open! I spent alot of money and barely used the place. Now I read they have no educational background and it answers ALOT of questions!! They are great at selling their services and telling people what they want to hear and lousy trainers!!
