They are way over priced on there work and they don't do a complete job so that you have to keep bringing it back. they will do anything to sell a trailer but it will not be able to pass a DOT inspection with out lots of work done to it and they will not pay for the work to be done but you will have to pay an inflated price for the work

I was traveling from Utah to Indiana when I broke an axel. I found this place that said they could fix it and quoted me about $300 for the axel. I had my phone on me all day and not once received a call saying that the axel was actually $700 or that they were going to replace bearings that I had asked to only be re-packed. After 6 hours I went to pick up the trailer and found a bill that was for 9 hrs worth of labor when they only worked on it for 6, parts that I did not authorize, and a part that was $400 more then quoted. I asked for the bill to be fixed. I was told the office was gone for the day. The mechanic got on the phone with someone and he was told to bad the bill is what it is. So basically I was given the finger and the out of state discount. Not happy at all about the dishonesty of this shop. I was basically at their mercy and they knew it.
