Could Use Some Sugar To Sweeten ....



Customer Service addressed us as if we were a bother rather than a valued Marriott-Rewards client returning annually for a well-heeled event.



I had a question about our existing room reservations. A woman in Customer Service lectured me about their `policy` and actually scolded me twice for starting to speak when I thought she had finished her statement. After her lecture, scoldings, and patronizing remarks, I just had to ask if I was still speaking with the Customer Service Center in `Omaha` .....assuming I'd been transferred to some angry bird in the Bronx borough of NY!
