We had a Bruno chair lift installed by Kohll’s. John Streit was a great help with the selection for our needs and explanation of the various units available was very good. Installation was setup within our time frame. The installer, Robert Bevins, was on time, explained the various ways that it could be installed for our stair case, was very efficient with installation and explained the complete operation of chair lift as well as the necessary care of unit to maintain full use of lift. He also offered a warranty and explained how service worked under warranty, therefore we chose to take out a 10yr warranty as the service and cost to replace batteries over 10yr period would be almost equal to cost of warranty plus all of our service calls would be covered under a warranty. Overall a very good experience with Kohll’s. I have also bought many other home care products from them over the years as they have best selection of products in Omaha.
