2 strikes. I will NEVER use Ely's again. NEVER, NEVER (ZERO stars is what they deserve)

Never, Never use Ely's towing if you want your vehicle picked up in a timely manner. My roadside assistance has sent them to me twice. In 2012 they were a little over an hour late. Yesterday it took them longer than 3 hours to get to my vehicle. Then never called to let me know they were going to be past the original ETA. I called them as soon as they were assigned by roadside assistance to make sure they had the location. They still send the tow truck to the wrong place and blamed it on getting the wrong address from roadside assistance.

Here is the best part. After more than 2.5 hours I talked to the dispatch who said the tow truck would be there within 10 min. 25 minutes later I called again and was told the tow truck had my vehicle and was on the way to the shop. I was in the truck at the time so this was a complete surprise to me. They are willing to lie to keep the fare. I have let my roadside assistance know this in the hopes they drop this company from their service.

So they get the vehicle and take it to the shop (now over 4 hours after the first call) to find it closed and ask me what to do with the vehicle. I would think they would have a standard procedure for this.

I could go on but I think you get the point.
