Bank of the West

BANK OF THE WORST!!! This banks talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk when it comes to customer service. If and when problems arise, their customer service associates bounce you from rep to rep shifting blame and not dealing with the customer or the problem at hand. I went into this branch and was told the manager was too busy to talk to me. We were the only ones inside and there was no one in the drive through and 5 associates inside. The manager hid in the back room wihile the incompetent personal banker explained there was nothing she could do because the back office people deal with this issue. My problem was never resolved and my account is closed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A BANK!

Stay away from this branch and the customer service person Justin. You will be treated like dirt and Bank of the West lets their employees get away with it.
