        I called Sam to do a small pro...

        I called Sam to do a small project to fix my front step. Sam called me back on a Thursday morning and said he would come out to take a look Thursday afternoon. He had a quote for me Friday morning (much lower than the other quotes I received). I told him I neede the project done ASAP and by the time I got home from work on Friday the project was done!!
