Tumwater Veterinary Hospital

This hospital gave an unadvisable medication to my dog causing great suffering for him. They also prescribed a generic form of a medication I had asked more then once not to be given to my dog. after signing a pre op consent from, they modified it with out our knowledge. When I tried to speak with the owner Dr. Gregg Bennett why there was three individual veterinarians employed involved in the treatment of my dog and that obviously there was a lack of communication between them, he stated ' That's the price of Progress. They have failed to take responsibility for giving my dog a medication that is very unadvisable to give to dogs with hypothyroidism and to geriatric pet both of which the veterinarians were aware my dog was. This caused our pet great suffering. Don't be fooled this hospital is more interested in there progress, and money then they are your pets.

This clinic is amazing, the staff is wonderful and compassionate, care is top notch. They are busy for a reason!

Receptionist didn't want to help with any questions. Amount is four times the amount than other vets that have receptionist that are way friendlier! DON'T GO TO THIS VET

We have received excellent and compassionate care here. Exceptional staff all around, beautiful up-to-date clean facility. Highly recommend!
