United States Postal Service

I make online purchases weekly and it is unfortunate that i am forced to use the united states postal service for delivery. the monoply they have on the mail service is criminal. they show little regard for customer service and they indifferent to losing customers packages. Bob at the olean post office is the worst postal worker i have ever spoken to in my life. he makes no attempt to even track your order when you call in with an inquiry about the status of my order.he immediately becomes defensive, irate and this is the second time he has hung up on me.i have never raised my voice, i only called worried about my purchase which should have been delivered on friday. it is over due by a few days when it was only coming from 3hrs away. Bob yelled at me,stating that because i didnt pay for faster shipping i dont have the right to expect my package on the expected delivery date. i have so far spoken to 3 postal workers but none have been so disgustingly discourteous.

I'm a frequent online shopper and I have packages delivered to my apartment all the time. Well I live in an apartment complex and they normally leave the package on my doorstep or inside my door. Well I noticed that I hadn't recieved one of the packages I was waiting for, so I call the post office and speak to someone named Bob. All I was able to say was Hi, my first and last name, and I was expecting a package and I never reciev- making half way through the word recieved I was interrupted by him yelling at me "IF THE TRACKING SAID IT WAS DELIVERED IT WAS DELIVERED." Please note I was just calling in to ask where I'd file a claim whether it was with them or the site where I bought my item from. I took it with a grain of salt at first being as I work for customer service too. I continue to say "Okay well I just wanted to know where-" Interrupted again I get a "Hold on" placed on hold without any warning and someone else picks up the phone not knowing what's going on or even who I was speaking with! So Dear Bob, please feel free to suck an egg.
