Thoroughly disappointed. I called at 4:53 requesting a ride from Portville NY to Olean NY. The dispatcher told me to expect a 25 minute wait, which I was fine with. 1 hr 10 min later, no cab had shown up. When I called again I was asked " you know that's going to be like a $55 fare right?" After already being 40 minutes late the fare was the last thing i was concerned with. Most unprofessional unacceptable service I have ever had. I strongly recommend finding an uber or even walking. At least then you know you'll get to where you need to be and probably more quickly.
