Overall

I haven't eaten here yet, but I can't wait. Had a few bottles of the vodka and bourbon sent to me, and I was very impressed. The only complaint I have is the bottles are empty. Dodge City Distillery is on my bucket list. Party on Capt. Ron

Won't be back

The filet was good, although it came out in two seperate pieces. Everything else was just okay. Found a hair in my salad. GROSS. As the to title indicates - I will not be back.

The Distillery provides a stylish, "cowboy-chic" dining environment showcasing hand-crafted distilling equipment, large comfortable dining booths and tables, warm stone and brick walls with time-weathered wood finishes AND A TOUCH OF THE "WILD WEST". Our hand-selected steaks are grilled to perfection over a hickory and mesquite wood grill by our grillmasters. Our barbeque items are prepared using our own three-step cooking and smoking process.
