Woodward Manor Apartments

I was approved and Randy told me it was ready that just needed a 10 minute fix. When I went to put down a $200.00 deposit Randy the Property Manager told me the 1 I want isn't ready. Then, he writes up a contract and says it's non refundable. I tell him i might not sign that. He said, "If you think I'm going to take your $200 dollars YOU CAN KICK ROCKS!!!!" I said," no I'm going to kick rocks alright but it's because of your attitude not because I believe you will rip me off." "The only problem I had with it was that i was not signing poorly written legal document. I would have waited until he had more forms but the guy blew up on me. I hope this helps you to not stay here. Room 21 is a crack house apt that smelled like burnt wood until I discovered a crack pipe on the carpet where a dresser use to be. I consider it unsafe to raise children.
