        Overall

        Although I am grateful they could get my cat in immediately, because my vet was booked, I did not appreciate them taking my cat back without me and the vet was arrogant and condescending to me when he told me what he thought was going on. I also didn't appreciate him giving my cat a cortisone shot without my permission or me knowing how much it would cost. Just for the exam and a shot it cost me $91. Wont' be back!

        I read the other review & I'll say they are not the cheapest vet around, but if your pet is sick or hurt, these are the guys to see. I don't have a lot of money, but I use them for all of my pet services. If you want a cut-rate vaccination location, go to the farm store & do it yourself. If you want a professional that will treat your pet well, Dr Benham, Dr Lee and Dr Heintz are great. I've used them for over 10 yrs & I can't say enough good. If you are having problems with the price, talk to them & they'll do what they can to give you what you need on your budget.

        PROVIDED WRONG INFORMATION!!!

        I am highly dissatified. I called to get information before going there so I would know what it would cost me. I ended up being lied to and I paid almost the exact same amount of money as I did the year before and received less services. All I had done was annual shots!!



        I feel ripped off and wont be going there ever again. I even told them I wasn't coming back and they didn't care.



        I get tired of going to vet offices and they just keep trying to squeeze more and more money and services out of you!
