United Discount Pharmacy

I’m very surprised to read these negative reviews, I’ve been using United off and on for several years. I live in Shawnee and still use United, I’m usualy in and out of there in 10 minutes, never had a problem with my medicine and they are always professional and kind. It’s a family business which I love!!

The employees are completely incompetent and rude. I have literally never received more horrible customer service. In the year that we've been using United Discount there have been numerous occasions where we were either given the wrong information, and/or crappy customer service. After a year of putting up with this I respectfully complained to the manager and was told to take my business elsewhere if I was not pleased. Not even an apology.

They failed to notify me when they were out of my medication. They lied about leaving a voicemail message. I had to find out after it was too late to do anything about it. They were rude straight across the board. To make matters worse they failed to answer the phone when the midwest CVS tried to call them several days in a row to have the prescription transferred. If you choose to rely on United Discount Pharmacy you might end up not having your medication when you need it. They do not always operate in a professional manner. The orders have been both long and short in the time that we went to them. Keep looking for a Pharmacy you can trust. At least Walmart, Cvs and Walgreens have standardized service and protocol's for telling customer when they are out of their prescription and these larger Pharamacies generally have the ability to do something about it. United failed me today.

In this day and age there is no reason to NOT have a voicemail system. If you call after hours don't expect to hear the service hours... Cause this pharmacy is stuck in 1975, with no voicemail setup, no website, and inconsistent pricing. Could do a lot better...
