Toys R Us

I needed to return a broken toy that I bought for my grandson on christms, when me and my dauhgter went in we just wanted to exchange the toy but the very rude cashier insisted that she refund my bank card well I got the same toy off the shelf and paid for it agian we asked for a manager and was told she was to busy welll.... the refund has yet to show back up in my bank this has been 3 weeks ago I have NEVER delt with a customer service staff that was so blatenly RUDE! RUDE! I will never never go back to this store agian and will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this awful bussiness!!!!!!!!!!!

My Mother and I went to this Toys r us before Christmas. They were having a sale and the store was total chaos, which we understood. Their sale advertised several items that if purchased included a free item. When asked about the free item they were very rude and said they were out. We were told one item was at the registers and given to you during check-out. When we inquired about it we were informed they were out and we should have got it off the shelf. When we told them an employee told us to get it at the register they called us liars! Then they wouldn't give us the items for the advertised prices. We will never be shopping at this location again. The employees (manager included) were very rude, unknowledgable and apathetic.

My mom used to take me there when I was a kid and I remember how great it used to be. Our family has shopped there for toys for over 20 years. We have a big family with lots of kids running around. I think we keep expecting it to be like it used to be. I keep giving this store more chances. However, I've been disappointed every single time I've been there for the last several years. I will just make the drive to another toy store from now on. Employees couldn't care less. very unorganized. poor selection. overpriced. dirty. dreary. We'll never be back.

NEED A BETTER SELECTION. ALSO IT IS HARD TO SHOP WHEN TOYS ARE SCATTERED ALL OVER THE PLACE.

This company is a great toy chain but this paticular store is a bit disorganized. It is hard to find help or find anything for that matter.
