No baskets in store: no electric shopping scooters available. When asked if employee could put items at service desk for me to pick up, the response was "no". I recognise this is holiday time but there should be an effort to help handicapped customers

I have two toddlers so I shop at this store quite frequently. Each time I go in I can't ever seem to find anyone to help me and the checkout process is ridiculously slow. When I was checking out tonight I had a price match (and 4 people behind me waiting to check out)..the employee did not have authorization to override it apparently as he called the manager and after 10 minutes of waiting in line I gave up because it was taking so long. They don't seem to be very customer service oriented. Very disappointed.
