Star Building Systems

I own a storage facility that consists of 313 Star Units. In late October I emailed and called my Star Rep in West Va. to request a quote for a new 24 x 24 building as well as some repairs needed on my existing buildings.. After no reply from several attempts I called the Corporate Office and low and behold the Rep did call me and put me in contact with Star's recommended contractor from Roanoke Va R. L. Price Inc. On November 4 the RL Price rep arranged a meeting and we did meet and discussed the quote and the repairs. On December 12th after no further contact from anyone I emailed the RL Price rep to inquire if I had been forgotten. He replied 2 days later that the estimator was busy but would see if he could move the quotes along. On December 21st or 22 I called the West Va. Star Representative and left a voice mail to call me. I was seeking help in getting the quote. I have not heard from anyone. It is very hard to understand in todays environment of Email, Voice Mail, Etc. this incredible lack of communication especially in light of owning a series of their buildings and seeking a new one. I will look elsewhere for my building and I do not recommend this company nor their erector RL Price Inc.
