South Park Health Care & Rehabilitation Center

This place does not care for its residents, my mother has been here 2 months now, she had not had a bath in 5 weeks , no brushing her teeth her bed lights and the adapter she needs to raise her head is always on the floor, causing her to choke...The aides are on cell phones or talking on the halls they do not care...I've reported it twice...so now il go to aps, adult protective services....I'm will get something done...Don't take your loved one here, at the time we had no choise....we do now...

This place is worse one I have ever seen. I worked there and they never brings supplies on time. One day I have to go around entire building to find wipes to clean feces. They become too active when there is a surveyeres in the building. And after that went to sleep for a week. Poor management, favouritism valued more than people who works hard. I m glad I left this facility for better opportunity. They will hire the person from the street to work without any drug test or background check.

My mother way there two week when she passed away she was alway in with no bed shores two day after being here she had three bed shores by the six days her bed shores way so big your could put your hand in it her later die because of it
