Salon Inferno

I love this place amanda is my hair dresser she is awesome always a good person she cares about my thoughts and opinions and nikki is a awesome facialist she does a wonderful job.

This salon does not value customers at all!!!



I've been here off and on for 6 years but just recently tried twice to get in contact with Kim my hairdresser but to no avail. She said she'd call me back but each time she never did. Furthermore, one of the receptionists messed up my scheduling with Kim. She scheduled her during a time that Kim wouldn't be available so I stayed at the salon waiting for 20 minutes before they figured out that Kim did not work during those times. Because I had faith in this salon, I tried it for the third time this year with Jacqueline who had to be told 3 times that I wanted my hair shampooed (I always had my hair shampooed with Kim). This place is totally UNPROFESSIONAL. You cannot keep customers by forgetting about them and doing inconsistent work. Also it is common to be waiting 10-30 minutes after your appointment time. WHICH IS UNPROFESSIONAL. Please don't go here!

Worst salon in OKC! I had an appt. with Laura but she had to leave for an emergency and no one told me. They pawned me off to her sister, Leslie instead without even asking if I was ok with it. She looked sloppy and looked like she had just rolled out of her bed. I didn't want to be rude so I just stayed. BIG MISTAKE! She was rude the whole time and was gossiping with the other girls and complaining about her personal problems. She didn't even try to talk to me or ask me any questions at all. I asked for an ombre but instead she dyed my hair all the way up close to the roots. So when she was done, it looked like I needed to have my hair dyed instead of it looking like it had just been done. She also cut my hair and she literally took two minutes to cut it. I could still see some dead ends. I was so upset! I will never step foot in this place again and I hope everyone reads this so they won't make the same mistake that I made.

My wife walked in on a Saturday morning to a group of stylists just chatting... They looked at her and went on with their conversation. After a minute or two my wife exclaimed "thanks for not helping me" and walked out. I guess they aren't concerned with acquiring new business or maybe they're just snobs.

Either way we will not be back...

Could be cleaner. Staff could care more about their appearance. Some stations seem cramped. I think there's potential, but they need to step up their game.

Just got my hair done there. Great place to go. Friendly fun and very relaxed. Cant wait to go back, already scheduled a massage and facial. This is a must place to go. Great place and great prices.

I've been to Salon Inferno twice. The first time was FANTASTIC - Tonia cut my hair and did a great job. The salon was very busy that day too and took that as a good sign.



The second time I went to the salon, Tonia wasn't there so Leslie cut my hair. While it was an okay haircut, I really felt like she half-assed it because she was barely paying attention when she was washing my hair with one hand, and barely rinsed out the soap. While she was cutting my hair she didn't even seem like she was trying to keep things even. She would just cut and didn't even do the thing where they pull your hair strands down in the front to see if both sides are even. Didn't even offer me a mirror to look at the back of my hair. I just felt like the service was bad that day,



I would go back but I'm going to be more selective about who cuts my hair there now.

I used to go to Angela at Salon Inferno. She moved Salons, I called up there n they said they don't know what salon she went to...If any one can help me locate her??? I love how she does my hair!!!

I went to another girl there since she was no longer there. My hair looks like crap!!

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place! I went in this week for a hair cut--to have some layers put in my hair. What I got are not layers, but instead are choppy sections of hair at random lengths. Annie was the one who butchered my hair. She needs to never touch another pair of scissors again! I had long, straight, all one-length hair and it was a HUGE step for me to decide to try layers. I can't tell you how bad it looks! One side is shorter than the other, and the front is shorter than the back. It looks like a grown out mullett. Thankfully I am in the military and wear my hair pulled back most of the time but it is going to take probably 2 years to grown my hair out to where it was. The only way to get rid of these "layers" is to cut my hair to the shortest layer, which will leave it short short and I think will look even worse. I have worked SO HARD to improve myself and getting a new haircut was a major step in that process and now Annie has ruined it! Thanks ALOT! If this review keeps even one person from experiencing the devastation that I have been dealing with, that will be great. I HATE SALON INFERNO and will tell everyone I know to avoid that place at all costs!!!!

I have been going to glenda ridenour since i was like 15 i am now 21. She is the only hair stylist i have ever found who knows what a trim is. I have long hair and most people trim like 3 inches off of it when i tell them to trim it, but not her she has highlighted my hair before to and i love it. I don't like big chunky highlights i like subtle ones that you can see every now and then and she can do that. I have been going to her for a very long time and i reccomend her to every one. People sometimes ask me who does my hair and tell them glenda. She will work me in if she has to and she is great at working around my schedule. Every time i go see her she is on time and does exaxctly what i want her to do perfectly. sometimes idk what i want done and i tell her do what you want with it and have fun and when i do that i always love my hair. She wont cut it short even if i tell her to do what she wants to it. She still keeps it long but might add long layers to it or take off some length off and add layers to it. I love Glenda to death and refuse to let anyone else do my hair but her because she is awesome. If you want a good hair stylist go see Glenda Ridenour becuase she is good. If you see her you wont regret it you will go back to her again and again.

First, my appointment was at 1:30. The receptionist forgot I was there, and at 2:00, came back to the waiting area and asked if I had been helped. (I should have left then.) At 2:20, I was called back to the booth, where my stylist washed my hair. Then she had me wait at the shampoo station until 2:45 while she finished with another patron. Her partner in the next booth kept telling her "You had better get that bleach off her hair (the other patron), it's going to fall out!" (I should have left then.) Then, my stylist asked her partner to "start" my haircut. (I should have left THEN.) Despite the fact that I had brought a photo of the hairstyle I wanted, the partner put her scissor halfway up the back of my head and lobbed off 6 inches of my hair. To the scalp. Then she told her partner she couldn't do anymore because SHE had a client. So I waited another 15 minutes. Then my "stylist" took over. So, my hair looks absolutely nothing like the layered style shown in the picture I brought in. It is now a sharp angled one length bob with uneven bangs. I mean ragged bangs, with pieces that are actually 1 inch longer in spots. AND THE WOMAN SHAVED MY HEAD IN THE BACK!!! HALFWAY UP MY HEAD!!! SHE SHAVED MY HEAD ALL THE WAY UP TO WHERE MY SKULL ROUNDS ROUGHLY 4 INCHES UP MY NECK!!!



I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN, AND I SUGGEST YOU AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE. I CAN'T EVEN GO TO ANOTHER SALON TO GET IT FIXED, BECAUSE SHE SHAVED MY HEAD. I HAVE NO HAIR IN BACK. I CANNOT LOOK IN THE MIRROR WITHOUT CRYING.
