Randall Atty Fudge at Law

We just received a call from the Law Office of Randall Fudge stating we were responsible for a Verizon bill for a line hit during excavation. Were scammed on this same project six months ago. Not responsible and called them on a scam. Very nasty people; be careful.

Complete SCAM!! I received a letter and threatening phone call from the Law Office of Randall S. Fudge. They are trying to accuse my company of damaging a Verizon line at a property we were not even working at. It is the neighbors address and furthermore we were completed with the project on the day the supposed loss occurred. Complete SCAM and RIPOFF artists...BEWARE!

This lawyers' office is threatening to sue us for damage to a verizon box that we did not hit. We told them that we were not the people to hit the pole, but that we hit a bush at the end of the street. They're pretty insistent however, they will not see a dime from us. Maybe they should do a little more homework because we have pictures that are in Facebook from the date of the incident and neighbors who witnessed that it was not us. I would not recommend them to anyone, I wonder if Verizon would care to know they're suing the wrong people. I guess if it goes to court we will countersue.
