Horrible. Do not use this establishment. Totally unprofessional. Will not communicate with you. Damages vehicles and does not repair them.

My wife called about the warning light on her Beetle. They told her it was an electrical problem, it should cost about $100 dollars and take around an hour to fix. They gave her an appointment and told her she'd be seen promptly at 10. She arrived an hour early, and was seen an hour late.



Once they looked over the car, what they had said was an electrical problem was apparently a broken intake valve and a busted dipstick tube. After fixing that, the price of the repair went from $100 dollars to over $500 dollars. Her experience didn't end there...



The car, which had driven in just fine stopped working after their repairs. after looking into what was wrong with it, they claimed our oil filter needed to be replaced. I would like to ask what the odds are of the car failing catastrophically from a dirty oil filter just after being repaired for an unrelated issue... All told, her one hour repair ended up taking the entire day, and our final bill was over seven hundred dollars.

This is the place to buy a Volkswagen! Friendly team, excellent buying experience, and they do everything they can to get you into the vehicle you want! They get the best financing rates in town! If you go to the competition, you will pay a lot more and the experience there is a nightmare! Cable is honest, friendly, respectful, and puts the fun back into buying a vehicle!
