Nita Grimes Realty

I've referred Nita many times over the years for Mid-Del and other eastern Oklahoma County properties.

I've never found her to be anything but prompt, polite, and thoroughly professional.

Nita's knowledgeable, compassionate, and eager to serve.

Very unprofessional when I decided to go with another realtor for buying a house after meeting with Nita once. Although I never signed a contract with her, she threw a fit when I was honest with her in that we were changing realtors saying that she will get the commission if we buy any house she showed us (we were not interested in any of the 4 houses we saw with her anyways). She called me rude and when I said I was sorry, she replied "You should be." I told her that I had originally liked her but simply felt the other realtor would be more helpful, but she hung up on me.
