Worst Business people EVER. Worst run company Ever. Most POORLY Managed "Management Company EVER. They never answer phones, return calls, file false judgements, which we got stopped. Repairs are never done, have to do those yourself. Not even worth the 1 rating required to do this review. WOW, I go go on and on.......please read reviews on Companies, this company (if you could even call it that), especially.

I don't think anyone here works, at least not the lady that deals with leasing. I've paid a deposit and turned on the utilities and I've been wasting money for months waiting to move in or get someone on the phone. I am so fed up and at a loss I wish I could pull the plug on these people, but now I've drained my resources. Park Place is even worse, I've known several people who moved ther that broke their lease or got out of it because it was so poorly managed.
