Horrible! Rude! Disgusting! I was a witness to the girl who got locked in the building just because she only had a credit card. The police came and finally let her leave to get cash. These people should have been in jail years ago!

I also had a bad experience at this shop. Not because of the cash scenario but because they did a lousy job on my nails. I had large humps on my nails and the polish all ran down against my cuticle because of it. I had to go to another nail shop to get my nails fixed. Also, I came during working hours one day but no one was there who could do nails.

WOW!!! I think this company needs to be investigated. I had a similar experience at this same shop on 104th and South Western. A man locked me in the building until I could get ahold of someone to bring me cash. They did not have one sign posted stating that they would not accept a credit card. Many people do not carry cash these days and it seemed obvious to me they do this so they can get away with unreported income. How can they get away with abusing customers and physically attacking them. UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unless you want to call 911 because you got pushed, got your arm twisted, and got locked in a building DO NOT make the mistake of not bringing cash into this "business". I had to call the police for my protection and to be released from the premises so I could go home to retrieve my CASH because the owner Jeannie Tran and two men would not release me from the building. I had no cash or check and they do not accept credit cards. One of the men told me he did not trust me to go home and get cash so he was going to lock me in the shop, he then proceeded to assault me when I tried to open the door after close to an hour of being locked in the building. This was the most horrifying and traumatic experience in my life. I have now sustained a hurt arm and I want others protected because I bet I am not the first individual that this quote "business" has treated with abuse and assault.
