Keiths Transmission

These guys did a great job on my transmission rebuild .Couple days , old car now shifts smooth as butter ! Left my car clean and tidy , great price and service , kept me informed all along the way plus free towing . I don't expect to ever have another problem , but will certainly use KEITH s service on any other cars in the future .

I would like to start by saying here at Keith's Transmission we take the customer very serious and happiness is our number 1 goal cause without you there would be no us. I want to apologize for not being able to meet you and handle your car repair experience myself as I was out with the flu for 3 days and had my dad here to cover for me in my absence. He really is a great guy and would go out of his way to help anyone but please understand he is not used to being here dealing with the day to day business especially during a busy time such as tax season. I would love to have the chance to explain any part of the repairs you might have a question with and another chance to show you how things are really done here at Keith's Transmission.

The older gentleman that works the front desk and answers phones is rude. I would never take any of my vehicles to Keith's transmissions again. He didn't walk me through or show me what the issue exactly was. He also didn't to bother to call me and let me know my car was ready to be picked up as he said he would. My experience was not professional at all. I will be looking for a more friendly and professional place to take my business to.

I had my transmission done at Keith's Transmission and I worked with a gentleman named Ray. He walked me through the repairs so I understood the problem with my Lexus. The price did not change from the original quote and was done on time. I would highly recommend these guys for your transmission needs
