General Info: Jonas's Fireplace Services & Repair is a fireplace service and repair provider here in the OKC metro area. You are our most important asset. Serving this community is of the upmost important to us. When it gets cold we need you to know that you can count on us at anytime day or night 24 hours a day seven days a week for any emergency. What is important to you is important to us. When that pilot wont light or your fireplace just goes off for no reason we will be there. Communication with you is very important to us. We will always be glad to answer any questions while we are working on your fireplace or anytime after we leave. We will never leave you sitting there wondering when we will call or show up. If you have remote control issues, when the problem is resolved we will sit down with you and go over any and all functions until you are comfortable. We contacted Jonias to service our fireplace. He was very prompt, professional and friendly. 1 week after the fireplace was repaired we contacted Jonias again because it stopped working. He would not answer our calls or return our voicemail. We called from a different number and he answered. I explained how the fireplace stopped working. He stated it worked fine when he left but would come out the next day to take a look. He never showed and never called. I do not recommend using this business. We paid for a service that we didn't receive and we still have a broken fireplace. This is very unprofessional and uncalled for.

Jonias apprenticed to gain his knowledge. He is quick, efficient, well-priced for the job and knows what he is doing. A real pleasure to work with and goes the extra mile. This is a niche business and he fills the niche well.
