Grouse Run Apartments

I have lived here for over 2 years and it has gone down hill. It is way over priced, poorly managed, poorly maintained, roach infested. I have had to repeatedly call for any kind of maintenance to be performed. I have had water leaks from the A/C unit, water leaks from the ceiling. There has been a constant turnover of employees including the property manager. DON'T move here***** I am moving out soon.

If you are thinking of moving into these apartments think again. Look at the crime rates in the area. I have seen a shooting at the apartment complex next to us. The Bank of America located NW 122 and Penn has been robbed twice within the last twelve months. The apartment complex is run with no regards to tenents. The let stolen vechicles sit in the parking lot for weeks. In the winter they run the sprinkler in the morning so you can practice ice skating or going to the hopital. The security gates are never closed and I never see any security patroling the parking lot. Everytime your lease expires they have a new "reason" to raise the rent without making improvements. They will not replace the cheap screen doors on the rotting patio decks. The staff is not helpful I have seen them refuse to look at a label on a UPS package left in the office for a tentant.
