        Overall

        Arthur, the tech, was very nice and well groomed. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix the gas fireplace. He was only here just a little over 30 minutes. It did take a week for them to get here after I initially called, but seeing as it's December and several other places were not booking until January, I was grateful that they could come.
