Fireplace Place

We were having a problem with our gas fireplace. They did not have an exact replacement for the part we needed, our fireplace is 13 years old. Justin and Brian were extremely helpful. Since they didn't have the part they gave me advice about repairing what I had and other options. They also provided the documentation for the repair. I was also going to purchase the material that makes a gas fireplace glow. They had extra in the warehouse that they provide with instructions of how to install it to get the best results. They spent about 40 minutes helping me, out all for no charge. When I insisted on paying something, they wouldn't have it. What outstanding customer service. When I do need service or have to purchase a fireplace or any related items, Fireplace Place will be my choice. Thanks Justin and Brian, great job. Keith (OKC)
