I have been here several times and I love this place!! They are very friendly and helpful. I had seen an ad on facebook that said that they financed. So, I went in and the nice lady in the office sent a link to their application to my phone and I filled it out in their lobby. Took me just a few minutes and found out I got approved for $2000!! I had only come in to get a new set of tires, but since I was approved I went ahead and got tires and wheels. It took a couple of days but as soon as my tires and wheels came in they let me know. I went in to get them put on and they had hot coffee waiting for me! Lol. They also noticed that I needed something done on my suspension, which I was able to add to my financing. They were just awesome!! I won't go anywhere else! Thank you Dubz & Up for everything.

I saw an ad on Craigslist for an incredibly inexpensive offer to change my brake pads. I called to verify the special. The woman who answered the phone confirmed the price and said that they could buy my brake pads and have them ready in an hour. I was there in an hour and was met with some very friendly people and they were ready to change my brake pads. Not even a half an hour later, they were done! They did not try to take advantage of my mechanical ignorance by trying to upsell me on anything else and I am sure that they picked up that I knew nothing about car repair. My breaks were making a terrible sound as I drove down the road prior to going to their shop. They could have easily told me that I needed new everything for my brakes and I would have had no idea---but the did not. My brakes are working great and the aweful sound is gone. I highly recommend!!!

I got some tires from a friend because he had wrecked his truck I only got three tires because the other one was destroyed I came to dubs and up to get them mounted and from the very start of my interaction there was problems they sell custom rims but did not have a key for my lug nuts I told them that you buy those lug nuts at autozone and the key is always the same and that I had been to other tire shops and had never been asked for a key they would not mount my tires without a key ... I ran home and got my key and came back and they gave me some attitude but were going to mount my tires there was some water in the tires I would say about a quart and a half per tire because it was raining and they were in the back of my truck they did not dump the water out at all and mounted them with the water inside of them while mounting them they chipped some of the chrome off of my rims its a work truck so this was not an issue to me but still one to be recognized they could not get the tires to balance because of the water inside of them and mounted them on my truck anyways and gave me excuses about rust being on aluminum alloy rims I had to drive to Tulsa and was short on time so I jumped on the Turnpike the back of my truck was vibrating so bad that while I was hauling my trailer it would skip and cause my trailer to start fishtailing endangering everyone's lives on the highway when I got back from Tulsa I went back there and told them about the issue and how there was water in my tires and I was told that you can't feel the tire out of balance on the back of your vehicle then I was told that there was a problem with my rotor then I was told did there was a bubble in the tire I mention the water again and was told that when you bring your own tires up there they don't take as much care to mount them and so they would leave the water inside of them they tried to balance the tire again and were unable to get it balance because of the water inside of it I let them put it back on my truck and went two doors down to another tire shop where the guy there couldn't believe that they had mounted my tires with water in them I paid him more than he asked for to pull the tires off and clean the water out of them And re mount and balance them he was more than happy to do so and did a wonderful job my tires are balanced now I haven't checked to see if they'll give me a refund yet but I'm on my way to do that after reading other people's reviews I doubt they will give me a refund so I'm going to go to the Better Business Bureau and write a review there also by mounting my tires with water in them they endangered everyone's lives around me and mine I would never go here again and would recommend that anyone that goes there beware they are shady shady shady! The guy a couple doors down just west of them does a great job I would go there if I were you

If we could rate "dubz and up" a half of a star we would. They not only scratched all four of my husband's $1800.00 rims but they were very unprofessional and unapologetic. The owner told my husband he was "tired of looking at his pickup" and" he just wanted him to get it out of his shop because he had never had to give a refund before." My husband is so upset because he takes very good care of his truck and his rims. Dubz and up had been recommended to him when he bought his new tires today....we just wanted to not recommend them to anyone who cares about their investment.

It was really hard for me to find someone that would mount my 28" rims. A friend told me about this shop. I went and right away they said they could mount them. They have great equipment and did it right away. I spend alot of money on rims so i want quality work. I was very happy. I will recommend this shop and will come back.
